Observation

Licensor observed a tripping hazard in licensed space. Floor was lifted when entering the "play room" area from the "curriculum" area. Licensor observed large cubbies and doll houses to be unstable and are a tipping hazard. Licensor observed home temperature at 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Licensor observed water temperature to be at 138 degrees Fahrenheit. Licensor observed outlets in licensed space including bathroom, not tamper-resistant. All outlets were observed to have an outlet plug, but outlets were not tamper-resistant. Outlet near sink in bathroom space does not have GFCI outlet.
